FlowActions Privacy Policy

FlowActions is a local Android utility that provides edge gestures, quick actions, clipboard history, and media shortcuts. This Privacy Policy explains what information FlowActions handles and how it is used.

Information We Collect

FlowActions does not collect, sell, or share personal information with the developer or with advertising, analytics, or tracking services. The app does not require an account and does not include a backend or in-app data transmission service.

Information Stored on Your Device

FlowActions may store the following information locally on your device:

• Clipboard text that you enable the app to capture for clipboard history.
• Gesture bindings, custom gesture paths, quick actions, labels, and command payloads.
• App preferences, such as overlay position, appearance, and feature settings.
• Local references and metadata for images, videos, and other files shown by the app.

This information is used only to provide the corresponding features. It remains in the app's local storage unless you explicitly copy, share, open, or otherwise export it using an Android system action.

Clipboard

Clipboard capture is optional and can be disabled in the app settings. When enabled, FlowActions reads clipboard text to maintain a local history. Clipboard entries are not uploaded to the developer or any remote service. You can delete clipboard entries from within the app or remove the app's local data through Android settings.

Media and File Access

If you grant media permissions, FlowActions may read locally available media and file metadata to display recent items and help you open or share them. The app does not upload those files or their metadata. Android permission controls and user-selected access apply to this feature.

Shizuku and Privileged Actions

Some optional features use Shizuku to run shell commands or access system services with privileges granted by you. Commands are executed on your device. FlowActions does not send command output to the developer. You are responsible for the commands and custom payloads you configure.

Shizuku is a separate application or service with its own privacy practices. Please review the privacy information provided by the Shizuku or compatible service you install.

Permissions

FlowActions requests permissions only for features that need them. These may include drawing over other apps, running the gesture overlay as a foreground service, notifications, media access, vibration, boot completion, and battery optimization status. You can revoke permissions through Android settings, although related features may stop working.

Sharing and External Apps

When you choose to open, copy, share, or launch content, Android may send that content to the application you select. That transfer is controlled by Android and the receiving application, not by FlowActions. FlowActions may open the Shizuku website or another app when you explicitly request it.

Backups and Data Deletion

Android may include application data in device backups according to your device and backup settings. FlowActions does not operate its own backup server. You can delete locally stored data by deleting entries in the app, clearing the app's storage, or uninstalling the app.

Children's Privacy

FlowActions is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when FlowActions' features or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be published with an updated effective date.
